Professional experience: Public Health physician and Health Administration Leader with training (US residencies) in pediatrics, internal medicine and occupational and environmental health for a strong background in medical practice and primary care, along with a solid knowledge of the public health approach and of health systems (MPH). This knowledge has been applied to varied public health projects and programs in developing countries with an emphasis on Primary Health Care and Hospital Systems.
